Having someone you know and trust to take care of your pet is always a scary thought. I always love to do a meet and greet with my husband, my son and myself to be sure that you and your pet is comfortable around us. I am conveniently located by a local dog park, where I usually find dogs to be more comfortable to do meet and greets. When it comes to boarding I always find it is a better environment in a household for your animal to stay rather than at a kennel with the cold tile floor, which is not good for senior dogs, the chain door, or being in a stainless steel cage. Some places don't have someone there at night to let your animals out to go to the bathroom, feed after a certain time or medicate, and I know any pet would love to sleep better in a nice caring household with many people to love on them and endless belly rubs. Having those same people to come over for drop in visits, doggy daycare or even grooming, baths and nail trims makes any animal more comfortable when they see a familiar face.
